Niken Visa Scheduler is a Chrome browser extension that monitors the US visa appointment portal (ais.usvisa-info.com) for available appointment slots and optionally books them automatically on your behalf using credentials you provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed appointments, travel costs, or visa application outcomes.
You are solely responsible for your AIS portal credentials. We recommend using the Service only on your personal, secure device. We are not liable for any consequences arising from unauthorised access to your AIS account.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
