Niken Visa Scheduler ("we", "our", "the extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps users automatically reschedule US visa appointments to earlier available dates on the CGI Federal portal (usvisascheduling.com).

The extension automatically solves CAPTCHAs presented on the visa portal login page. The CAPTCHA image is sent to our secure backend server for AI-based text recognition. Only the CAPTCHA image and your email address (for abuse prevention) are transmitted. No other personal data is sent during this process.

Our server is hosted on Cloudflare Workers with enterprise-grade security. All connections use HTTPS encryption. We do not store logs beyond what is necessary for service operation.
Premium subscriptions are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store credit card details or payment credentials on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Razorpay under their privacy policy.
